This site is a tribute to our Dad, Denis Pierce who sadly passed away on Thursday 19th January after a long battle with cancer. Dad was a well loved and respected friend and Isle of Wight business man who generously donated much of his life to looking out for others. He happily served over 40 years fundraising for others through the Newport Lions.

Even in death, Dad kindly chose several charities to support. In his memory Janice & I have chosen to support MAGGIE’S SOUTHAMPTON, a cancer support centre located alongside University Hospital, Southampton. 

“ We really appreciated the calm space; the reassurance from the qualified team on site and a cup of coffee while we waited with Dad for his appointments and radiotherapy sessions. We want to help keep this wonderful resource avaiable to other cancer patients and staff a like. “
